My background is industrial design. I've been trained to discover people's needs and create products to improve their life. 

​

I'm not someone who only likes to create pretty things. I love to get my foot into the field, get my hands dirty, listen to the users. Because to create a pretty thing is easy, but to create something which is pretty, also fit the user need is difficult.

​

All the design starts with a problem. Something like...

• My website can't attract the people I want

• My website is really confused my user 

• The app is getting lots of bad reviews

• People think my presentation is not appealing enough

• The design of the presentation is really flat

 

Then all the problems always have even more and deeper problems. If you never get there, you'll end up have something which you can use for a short period of time then search for the answer soon.

Every design should bring the user an amazing experience - From seeing the product, trying to use it to understand how to use it. Without any help.

I'd call myself an environmentalist, as you can see one of my projects - Little Green Egg. From the self-reflection of my health to discover the problem of food education.
